SYGNAL WIRELESS
INDEPENDENT AGENT AGREEMENT
This Independent Agent Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Sygnal Wireless (“Company”) and the undersigned Agent (“Agent”).
By participating with the Company, the Agent agrees to the following terms and conditions:
1. Independent Contractor Status
Agent understands and agrees that they are participating as an independent contractor and not as an employee of the Company. Nothing in this Agreement shall be interpreted as creating an employer-employee relationship, partnership, or joint venture.
Agent is responsible for their own taxes, transportation, personal expenses, and any applicable licensing or reporting obligations required by law.
2. Training Requirements
All new agents are required to complete a mandatory training and evaluation period.
The initial training period consists of five (5) days of active participation, attendance, and field observation. During this period, agents will be evaluated based on:
Successful completion of training does not guarantee placement, scheduling, or advancement opportunities.
3. Advancement Opportunities
Agents who successfully complete training and meet company standards may become eligible for additional field opportunities, leadership roles, special assignments, or hourly-based opportunities as determined by the Company.
All advancement decisions are based on company needs, productivity, professionalism, and performance standards.
4. Agent Conduct
Agent agrees to conduct themselves professionally at all times while representing the Company.

The Company reserves the right to remove any agent from participation at any time for misconduct, poor performance, policy violations, or behavior deemed unprofessional.
5. Confidentiality
Agent agrees to keep confidential all non-public business information, training materials, customer information, operational procedures, and internal communications obtained through participation with the Company.
Agent may not copy, distribute, or share internal materials without written permission.
6. Compliance
Agent agrees to comply with all local, state, and federal laws while performing activities related to the Company.
Agent is responsible for following all property rules, solicitation rules, and public conduct regulations in any area where they operate.
7. No Guarantee of Earnings
The Company does not guarantee any level of earnings, assignments, schedules, or future opportunities. Individual results may vary based on effort, performance, attendance, and market conditions.
8. Termination
This Agreement may be terminated at any time by either party, with or without notice.
Upon termination, Agent agrees to immediately stop representing themselves as affiliated with the Company.
9. Acknowledgment
By submission of this form, Agent acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this Agreement.
